Your quote list is saved in your browser on this device. Part-number entry and catalog filtering happen in your browser. You can remove items or clear your quote list at any time.

Parts inquiries

The quote cart carries selected product names, part numbers, quantities and any application notes to the IMH Systems quote page in the link fragment. It does not send an inquiry automatically. You review the selection and supply your contact details on imhsystems.com before sending. IMH uses submitted information to identify products, prepare quotes and respond to you. See the privacy information on IMH’s main website.

Customer accounts and pricing requests

Customer accounts use your business email and password. We store your name, company, optional phone number, contact email, and pricing-approval status in the site database. Passwords are stored as salted password hashes. Session cookies keep you signed in; they are protected from browser scripts, and the database stores a digest of each session token.

Catalog prices are currently hidden for all visitors, including signed-in accounts. New accounts retain a review status for existing account records. IMH records account reviews and can suspend or restore pricing access. The owner review area uses a separate, verified hosting-platform sign-in. Customer registration does not grant owner privileges.

For account recovery, contact IMH. Recovery links are issued by the owner after reviewing the request; automated verification and notification emails are not enabled. Limited authentication-attempt records help protect the service from repeated login attempts.

Account pricing requests and saved catalog inquiries are stored in the site database and are available to IMH’s review queue. Historical commercial information remains restricted. Pending customers can submit and review their original unpriced inquiries. IMH records inquiry status changes and internal review history. Contact sales@imhsystems.com to request correction or deletion of your account information.

Hosting and external links

The hosting platform processes technical information needed to deliver and protect this website. Manufacturer resources and IMH's main website may have their own privacy terms.

Questions and requests

Contact IMH to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information supplied to our team. Business records may need to be retained for order servicing, accounting, or applicable obligations.
