Find the nameplate.
Look for the equipment model and serial number on the hoist, motor, gearbox or crane nameplate. A clear photo of the complete plate is often the best starting point.
Keep the complete part number.
Use the original part number, including letters and suffixes. A drawing position may identify one item within an assembly rather than the complete assembly.
Add the context.
Tell us where the part came from and what it connects to. For electrical components, include the voltage and any labels on the original component.
Include useful photos.
Attach a nameplate photo, a clear photo of the part and a wider view of its mounting location to your saved inquiry. IMH confirms compatibility and availability before quoting.
